How Is African Black Soap Made

African black soap is simply awesome. This soap is made in the villages in Africa. Our African black soap come from Ghana west Africa. They produce the best quality black soap. It is made with Shea butter as the main fat. Then you have roasted plantain skins cocoa pod ash. That combination creates natural ash and minute particles. That does a couple of things.

1. The ash creates the natural lye in the soap
2. These tiny particles creates the exfoliation for the soap

Then you have Palm oil and Palm kernel oil that moisturizing and adds antiseptic properties. Then finally water. That’s it. African black soap may vary in color from a light brown to a dark blackish brown. The reason for this is because it is made by different villages which gives their twist to their soap making. But the main thing is the ingredients are all the same.

How to use African Black Soap

Use like any other soap. Simply use water to lather, soap face body or hair and rinse. It may sound like this is stupid that I should have to tell you how to use the African black soap. But trust me I have had this question ask so many time that it is not silly. A lot of people believe that because they a treating acne, psoriasis or eczema that they have to leave the soap on their skin for an extended period of time. Please do not do that. Like any other soap it will burn if you leave it on your skin over any extended period of time. So again simply soap and rinse, That’s it.
